Ethernet - working
Audio - works, but my laptop is better (probably I not tune it)
Video - not works on my devices (my type-c without video), but I don't need it

Device also can work when connected via type-c => usb3 converter, it's cool for me

Item took 23 days to México City. There was no need for communication with the seller and shipment was done the same day, if I'm not mistaken. The hub works as intended, and has a very solid construction. It's made from aluminum, and keeps my laptop even colder than it was before. Having 14 more ports is definitely awesome. It has the perfect thickness to rise the whole laptop ever so slightly, and make it even more comfortable to use. I'm very satisfied with the product and definitely recommend it, as well as the seller. I don't think it's necessary to make photos of the product, since it looks exactly as in the ones from the post.
